SOUTH AFRICAN EXPRESS READY TO OPERATE TO VICTORIA FALLS JOHANNESBURG, 18 July 2007. South African Express is set to operate between Johannesburg and Victoria Falls from Thursday 2 August 2007 Leading regional feeder airline, South African Express, is expanding rapidly. Popular leisure and adventure destination Victoria Falls is the latest addition to its reliable route network. Part of South African Express’ core strategy is to strengthen its intra-Africa hub connections. Arson Malola-Phiri, South African Express’ General Manager: Commercial states: “Over the past few years, there has been an increase in demand for intra-Africa travel. South African Express is confident that the Johannesburg – Victoria Falls route will provide an essential link between South Africa, Zimbabwe and the rest of Africa.” South African Express’ service between Johannesburg and Victoria Falls will begin on Thursday 2 August and passengers can book online www.flysax.com for fares and packages. With a frequency of three times a week (Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays) travellers will be able to enjoy a flexible itinerary to the majestic Falls. The airline currently operates to the flowing regional destinations: Mozambique (Maputo), Namibia (Walvis Bay and Windhoek), Botswana (Gaborone) and Democratic Republic of Congo (Lubumbashi).
