South African Express does not offer preferential treatment to politicians JOHANNESBURG, 12 November 2007. South African Express stands by its original statements regarding the denied boarding of Ms Maistry on flight SA 1340. The information available to the airline through the reservations management system indicates that two individuals were booked on the same seat. In this event, there is a definitive process that is followed in deciding which of the two passengers would travel.
