Notice: Change Fees For Travel Times and Dates

NOTICE: CHANGE FEES FOR TRAVEL TIMES AND DATES

JOHANNESBURG, 12 March 2008.

South African Express reminds all passengers about the Change Fees that will be charged for any changes made on their travel dates and/or times as implemented on 1 March 2008 on all South African Express flights (SA1000-1999).

The Change Fees will affect passengers who have booked on the following classes:

  • Classic (H and K class) - Change Fee of R171.00 applies plus the difference in higher fare where applicable.
  • Saver (G, L, Q and V class) – Change Fee of R342.00 applies plus the difference in higher fare where applicable.

    • Passengers who have booked Y class (Full economy/Select) are exempt from paying Change Fees.
