For the convenience of South African Express passengers booking online, flysax.com has been configured to offer maximum functionality.

Previously, travellers who booked online could not purchase tickets on any of the South African Express routes with a credit card that would not be presented when checking-in at the airport. This subsequently means that a boarding pass would not be issued unless the credit card was presented and verified at check-in.

In order to eliminate this limitation, South African Express has introduced a facility that enables customers to pay for online tickets with a credit card that will not be presented at the airport when checking-in.

South African Express now has two ticket collection options:

  • eTicket and credit card to be presented at airport when checking-in
  • eTicket and credit card will not be presented at airport when checking-in

    • This convenient facility is currently available on all domestic South African Express flights.
